Shizuka Itō (伊藤 静 Itō Shizuka?, born December 5, 1980) is a Japanese female seiyū who voices Koko Hekmatyar in the anime. She does not voice her in the drama CD, as Marina Inoue provides her voice. Along with Mutsumi Tamura, who voices Jonah, Itō hosted Radio Munmungand, an internet radio program dedicated to Jormungand which began airing on April 13, 2012 every other Friday.

Itō began voice acting in 2003 and has also played lead roles in Negima (Misa Kakizaki) and Shakugan no Shana Wiki (Wilhelmina Carmel). She and fellow voice actress Hitomi Nabatame formed a voice acting unit called "Hitomi Nabatame and Shizuka Itō". Together they are known by the name Hitoshizuku (ひとしずく?), which is Japanese for "a single droplet". She is represented by Ken Production.
