Mutsumi Tamura (田村 睦心 Tamura Mutsumi?, born June 19, 1987) is a Japanese female seiyū who voices Jonah in the anime. She does not voice him in the drama CD, as Mie Sonozaki provides his voice. Along with Shizuka Itō, who voices Koko Hekmatyar, Tamura hosted on Radio Munmungand, an internet radio program dedicated to Jormungand which began airing on April 13, 2012 every other Friday.

Tamura was born in Aomori Prefecture and grew up in Tokyo. She is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute and made her voice acting debut in 2007. She has also voiced lead roles in Kill Me Baby (Sonya), Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu (Ken Inomata), and Asobi ni iku yo! (Kio Kakazu). She is affiliated with I'm Enterprise.
